Pakistan Oman Strengthen Trade Investment and Diplomatic Ties

Pakistan and Oman have agreed to strengthen trade, investment, and high-level diplomatic ties. This decision emerged from a bilateral meeting held on the sidelines of the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF 2026) in Manila.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar met with Omani Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi. Both leaders discussed bilateral relations, regional developments, and avenues for mutual cooperation.

The two ministers expressed satisfaction over positive progress in Pakistan Oman cooperation. They reviewed achievements across multiple sectors and identified new opportunities for collaboration.

Both sides agreed to increase high-level exchanges between the two nations. They also pledged to boost trade volumes and expand investment opportunities.
